Scurrying around recent field recordings, vinyl and voicemails, all of the tracks were recorded live from a SP303 sampler straight to cassette. Over a period of about two weeks, GG produced and spent time relaxing, reflecting and reminiscing his travels. A friend said to visit the restaurant next door. An acquaintance at the wine shop recommended the market near the river. A stranger said to make it calmer. Train stations, markets, old and new vinyl, café con leche and Rioja all provided the inspiration for Tell Me. GG would like to thank Ras G in particular.
